RESERVATIONS
Campsites: 1st night's camping fee required.
Rental Units: Security deposit equivalent to one night's rent required. Full amount of rent for the number of nights reserved will be due at check-in. Security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check-OUT, provided there are no losses or damages to the unit. Camper will be held responsible for losses or damages and amount will be deducted from refund, or further charged to account.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Money Orders accepted. NO PERSONAL CHECKS
Check in time: 1:00pm - 9:00pm for rental units 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm for campsites
In the event that you will be unable to arrive during check-in hours, you reservation will be held until noon the following day. Express check-in is available for fully pre-paid reservations for campsites. You must be able to check-in to a rental unit before 9:00 pm.
Check out from the park: 12 Noon
Late check-out (if available) will be charged $10.00 until 5:00 pm after 5:00 pm will be charged another night.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Campsites: 7 days prior to check-in in order to receive refund, less $10.00 processing fee.
Rental Units: 21days prior to check-in required in order to receive refund, less $20.00 processing fee.
REFUND POLICY
Camping is an outdoor activity, therefore no refunds will be given for early departures due to weather or other discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine!
VISITORS POLICY
Visitors are welcome between 9:00am and 10:00pm, although no visitors will be admitted to the park after 9:00pm.
All visitors must pay the appropriate fee: adults - $5.00 / senoirs (62+)-$2.00 children 15 and under are free. Visitors in the park less than 30 minutes will have their fees cheerfully refunded upon exit from the park.
PET POLICY
Please be sure that you can abide by our pet policy; if not perhaps it would be better to leave Fido or FiFi at home Limit 2 dogs per site, non-aggressive breeds only. (No Pit Bulls, Dobermans or Rotweilers or German Shepherds.) Pets must be staked or kenneled at your campsite or on a leash at all times. They are not permitted in the recreation areas of the park or any of the park buildings, and may not be left unattended at your campsite. Nuisance or noisy pets are grounds for being asked to leave the campground without the benefit of a refund. Referrals for local doggy daycare are available.
